Norfolk’s maverick art-rock heroes return to Norwich Arts Centre in advance of a mammoth string of at least 168 August shows at the Edinburgh Fringe under their arts collective banner, KlangHaus.

Here they’ll be playing a selection of tunes old and new that in their trademark style, ranging from the thunderously loud to pindrop quiet – and right back again!

The band’s new album ‘Noise Please’ the noisy counterpart to the more contemplative ‘Ordinary Things’ release, is slated to hit the airwaves in time for the gig.

Singer Karen Reilly said ‘We’ll be previewing some of the songs from the two Edinburgh shows as well as some favourites. We’re taking two shows to Edinburgh, KlangHaus: Darkroom, a wake-up call to the climate emergency performed for one person at a time in complete darkness, while for KlangHaus: InHaus the audience will sit/stand in and around the band, as all hell breaks loose in a domestic setting. At NAC and Edinburgh we invite you to share our life of wall-to-wall music and saturated colour. Once again big thanks are due to Norwich Arts Centre for supporting us both at this gig and for invaluable support in getting the shows to Edinburgh’.
